1 month’s rent + VAT
Just the essentials. We’ll guide you through each initial step, from marketing your property and building your presence on the portals, to meeting and processing your new tenant.
It includes:
• Listings on all major portals.
• Accompanied viewings. • Processing of all tenant ID.
• Collection of initial tenancy fees.
• Collection of initial tenancy fees.and protect all deposits which are capped at 5 weeks rent.
Recurring annually
12% +VAT – with initial 75% + VAT setup fee
All encompassing. Our most comprehensive service package means that, although you have very little contact with your tenant, they still get the most attentive care.
It includes:
• Professional photography
• Listings on all major portals.
• Accompanied viewings.
• Processing of all tenant ID.
• Collection of initial tenancy fees.*
• Booking of any pre-tenancy works.
• Rent collection
• Payment of service charges and ground rent
• Tax payment support for non-resident landlords.
• An out-of-hours emergency number
• Maintenance works.
• Tenancy renewals.
• Deposit negotiations.
• Property inspections and safety checks.
* We use the Deposit Protection Service(DPS) to register
and protect all deposits which are capped at 5 weeks rent.
