Check In Inventory And Check Out Reports

A good inventory details the condition of a property throughout, including all its fixtures and fitÝngs. It will underpin any deposit disputes that arise should a Tenant damage your property or its contents.

If an inventory does not exist or is inadequate for purpose, then the deposit schemes appointed adjudicators are most likely to award the deposit to the Tenant irrespective of if they are to blame.
